She is best known for her role as Anjali Mehta in India's second longest running sitcom TV serial Taarak Mehtah Chashmah.
Career
Mehta was a member of the Gujarati theatre for many years, Sahebji being one of the most well-known ones. She started her Indian television career in a 2001 Zee TV channel serial called Dollar Bahu. She appeared in STAR Plus TV serial Bhabhi's from 2002 to 2003. Kushik was a female protagonist in Raat Hone Ko Hai's 2004 role.
She appeared in SAB TV's television show Anjali Mehtah, which was then her longest comedy television appearance in 2008. Anjali Mehta is the wife of the show's narrator and main character, Taarak Mehta. Her image is a young, intelligent, and modern woman.
