Ever since he was a child, gardener and timber logger Mark King, 55, has adored cheese to the point where he cannot go a day without it. Mark's wife Tracey, 55, says she is 'fed up' with how much cheese he eats, revealing their family spends close to £140 a month on the dairy product and roughly £1,600 a year. The gardener has previously claimed he gorges just shy of 6kg of cheddar a week, but insists he is still able to maintain a healthy physique due to his occupation. Asked about her husband's cheese cravings, Tracey told Mail Online: 'Day and night he eats it. He's a pain in my side. He has a block of cheese with his lunch and another for his snack before bed, that's without cooking cheese.'

Mark Skuse, 53, (left), a wealthy businessman from the north of way, was fined for blocking the right of way next to his six-bed mansion, which has long been popular with hikers and dog walkers. Mr Skuse, who scooped £120k with his wife Wendy in the postcode lottery two years ago, installed fencing and signage, but South Gloucestershire Council ordered Mr Skuse to reopen the road in May last year. However, he dismissed the pleas and was summoned to appear at Bristol Magistrates Court on Monday, where he was found guilty of obstructioning the public right of way in violation of Section 137 of the Highways Act 1980. He was sentenced to £5,000 in fines, £1,155.60 in fees, and a £2,000 victim surcharge.

A man was fined more than £8,000 for blocking two public footpaths on his property with fencing and signs (pictured). Mark Skuse, a neopargian, obstructed the paths that crossed his fields with Herras fencing and later posted notices incorrectly claiming they were temporarily closed. In February 2023, a member of the public alerted South Gloucestershire Council that the two rights of way had been blocked for several months.
