Early life

Lindsey Morgan was born in Georgia, United States, to Gus Morgan and Alice Burciaga on February 27, 1990. She is of half Mexican and half Irish descent. She has an older brother, a half-sister, and five step-siblings.

Career

Morgan began her college at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and then moved to Los Angeles to fulfill her acting aspirations. Morgan kept busy during her first year of college by consistently booking commercials and print advertisements. She was cast as an extra in the critically acclaimed film Friday Night Lights. Morgan has moved to Los Angeles to continue her acting as an actress. She appeared in the film Detention (2011), where she played a naught cheerleader named Alexis. Maria, a social media devoted Maria, earned her a leading role in the MTV film DisCONNECTED (2011) as the leading actress. "DISconnected" was part of the MTV "A Thin Line" campaign. The film and the campaign were created in the hopes of empowering young people to recognize, respond to, and prevent the spread of digital abuse in their lives.

Morgan was cast as Kristina Davis' contract role on American ABC Daytime soap opera General Hospital on April 17, 2012, and she would make her debut on May 25, 2012. In 2013, Morgan was nominated for the Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series. "I was worried that I'd got the call time wrong for my appearance on Franklin & Bash before I saw it say, "Congratulations! I'm still stunned, I'm still stunned." I'm so honored. It was announced on March 26, 2013, that Kristina would be leaving her role as Kristina, the last time on airing on March 4, 2013.

Morgan joined Andrew Jacobs and Sean Patrick Flanery in a lead role in the independent thriller Lasso on April 18, 2016. Morgan's character bears a great deal of guilt for failing to keep the senior citizens safe and assumes the responsibility of protecting their safety throughout the film.

"I was so indecisive to watch the 100 for months, but i finally started watching a tv show for ten hours in a row,' Parwan said. As of 2020, all seven seasons of the show are currently available on Netflix.
