Career

D'Souza began her acting career in college and later appeared in Kahe Naa Kahe in 2007. Tamanna debuted in Kya Dill Mein Hai as Tamanna. She appeared in Star Plus' Kasturi as Navneet and Kis Desh Mein Hai Dil as Veera in 2008.

D'Souza appeared in Sony TV's Baat Hamari Pakki Hai as Tara in 2010. She appeared in Sony TV's Aahat and also played Yamini in the same year.

In 2011, she played Jeevika Vadhera in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai opposite Karan Tacker. On September 13, 2013, the program went off air.

In December 2013, she starred in Ekk Nayi Pehchaan on Sony TV, and she starred Sakshi opposite Karan Sharma. In September 2014, the show went off the air.

Raina in Ekta Kapoor's Brahmarakshas aired on Zee TV in 2016. In February 2017, the show went off air. She appeared in Lakme Fashion Week in February 2017.
