A California woman recently discovered that her sister was the last unidentified victim of the Happy Face Killer, which was found by DNA analysis. Summer Gonzales, a Seattle resident, said she never knew she had a half-sister until she was contacted by law enforcement in California a year ago. Gonzales' family member, whose name has not been revealed, was killed in the 1990s and her body was discovered on the side of a highway in Blythe County, California. Keith Hunter Jesperson, aka The Happy Face Serial Killer, confessed to the murder in 1992, as well as seven other murders committed during a cross-country shooting spree. Although police suspect Claudia may not be her real name, sheriffs suspect it was not her real name,' she told CBS8 News. Gonzales expressed indignation that her sister's remains haven't been revealed to the family, and she has said she needs to "get justice and to find the truth for my sister."

Victoria, 26, and Christopher, 33, Moore's GoFundMe to help Ellerup and her two adult children. It had $25,000 in donations as of Tuesday.
