Jonathan Higgs (born 23 February 1985) is an English singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist.
He is best known as the frontman of the art rock band Absolutely Everything, with whom he has released four studio albums and four EPs.
He is known for his remarkably wide vocal range.
Early life
Higgs was born in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1985 and was raised in Northumberland's village of Gilsland. When he was a child in Hexham, he first met Mike Spearman and Alex Niven and started playing music with them.
Higgs continued to study Popular Music and Recording at Salford University, where the Everything Everything range-up became complete. Higgs and Niven wrote and produced songs for their forthcoming first album, together with Jeremy Pritchard and Michael Spearman.
Higgs has helmed the overwhelming majority of the band's music videos for the duration of Everything Everything's history.
