Early life
Bell was born and raised in Las Vegas, the daughter of Tanzy and Ron Bell. She is descended on Romanian descent from her maternal grandmother. Bell began studying improv at the age of eight. In 2002, she graduated from Bishop Gorman High School. She migrated to Los Angeles and became a member of the Groundlings after high school.
Career
Bell is a graduate of The Straitjacket Society in Los Angeles. She applied for Saturday Night Live.
