Career

Tjäder competed in slopestyle at the 2013 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Sweden, where he placed 24th. Tjän received the overall slopestyle cup and finished third overall at the 2013–14 FIS Freestyle Skiing World Cup. Tjäder returned to the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, where he ranked 23rd in the slopestyle competition. Tjendrader qualified for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, where he ranked third and gained a bronze medal in the slopestyle competition.

By inventing new products and building never-seen-before rails, Tjäder advanced freeskiing.

Tjän currently holds the world record for longest rail slide on skis.
