Life and career
Daggett was born in Connecticut. Daggett, a student at Agoura High School in Agoura Hills, California, moved to Los Angeles after her eighteenth birthday to study at the Stella Adler Conservatory for Acting in Hollywood. She appeared in The Fabulous Baker Boys when she was eighteen years old. In Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan a few days after, she played Rennie Wickham.
She appeared in more than 30 television shows before deciding to raise a family in 1999. Nancy Taylor, sister-in-law of Tim Taylor (wife of Tim's younger brother, Marty), and Charlie in The Single Guy were two of her best-known roles.
