A renowned fashion, who rose to fame for designing the wedding dress of Diana, Princess of Wales in 1981 admitted he regrets not styling one particular royal. Welsh fashion designer David Emanuel, 71, has a coveted resume, having dressed everyone from Catherine Zeta Jones to King Charles, but he really had his eyes on the late Queen Elizabeth, according to the Daily Star. While the Bridgend native is very well-accomplished, he wishes he'd expanded his fashion designing to the late monarch, the longest reigning queen in history. He told the Daily Star : 'Well, I've been fortunate to dress some of the beautiful women around the world. 'The only thing I regret is I never did anything for Her Majesty the Queen -I would have loved to have dressed her. At least something, but I missed that one. Catherine Zeta-Jones, 54, has a mini me daughter named Carys. And when the college student celebrated her 21st birthday this weekend, she did so in style. Carys wore her mother Catherine's old pink and lace slip dress from 25 years ago.

He made a remark, noting that it was made. I think it's very clear what he believes. I can't comment on something that is so personal to him."
