It's subtle, stylish, and very British, so no wonder the Gentlemen of Netflix has fallen for Charles and Kate's Royal fashion wardrobe obsession

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 7, 2024
The Gentlemen outfits on Netflix tell a tale that has turned into rack and ruin as a second son inherits a family estate that, as he discovers, has devolved into rack and ruin. Needless to say, it's also a tale of Barbour jackets, wellies, and Prince of Wales checks. Susie Glass (HoKaya Scodelario)'s subtuitive style echoes the Princess of Wales' beautifully curated wardrobe, while Eddie Horniman (Theo James ) mimics a dressed down Prince William. The Gentlemen's wardrobe, created by costume designer Lou Lou Bontemps, gives endless fashion inspiration, beautifully encapsulating each character in classic-with-a-twist country wear outfits as well as luxurious fashion prints, as well as a strong similarity to our own royal family.

Keir Starmer's property ladder has risen from a Kent bungalow to a flat above a brothel and now in the heart of Guardianista-land

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 7, 2024
According to polls, in a few months' time, Opposition Leader Sir Keir Starmer will face him in digs much more salubrious than his first London flat above a massage parlour. Sir Keir's life became more accessible and more liberal as he stepped up-sized across his beloved north London over the years. We take a look at the property moves Sir Keir has made in his lifetime from a bungalow in Woodchurch Kent to a four-bed terrace in Kentish Town.

Taylor Swift, the Princess of Wales, became an oh-so-elegant style sibling

www.dailymail.co.uk, February 21, 2024
Taylor Swift wore an uncannily Kate-esque ensemble adorned by a white Schiaparelli column gown, an echo of the princess at last year's Baftas. Although the thigh-high slit and corset bodice were a little racier than the royal's McQueen number and her Lorraine Schwartz jewels were more opulent than Kate Middleton's Zara earrings, the pair were united in regal style. In fact, Taylor Swift and Kate have been style twins on several occasions. There are clear similarities in how the women dress for their high-profile yet very different roles, from a shared love of Jenny Packham and glittering gowns to pared down separates such as camel coats and chic stripes.
