Early life
Georgina Diaz Wilson was born in Wichita, Kansas, United States, on February 12, 1986. Aurora Diaz, a Filipina, is her mother, while her father, Robert Wilson, is of British descent. She is the niece of former Miss Universe Gloria Diaz's niece and her cousin, actor, model, and host Isabelle Daza, who is introduced by her mother. Wilson, the eldest of three siblings, has a younger sister named Jessica, who is also a model, and a younger brother named Samuel. She was six months old when she and her family returned to the Philippines at age 10.
Wilson attended high school at Assumption College in Makati and attended college at Ateneo de Manila University, where she studied for a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She then enrolled at the University of Sydney in Australia, where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and became a double major in finance.
Personal life
Wilson began dating British businessman and hotelier Arthur Burnand by September 2015. Wilson and Burnand got engaged in October 2015, according to Wilson. The couple married in Winchester, England, on the 30th of April. Wilson and her husband were expecting their first child in August 2016. Career
Wilson had been involved with numerous modeling assignments since high school. They declined due to the rules of her Catholic high school (Assumption) prohibiting their students from participating in modeling, television, and movies. She appeared in a Pond's commercial that aired in mid-2004. After that, she gained more modeling and acting jobs. Wilson has supported many products and brands in the Philippines since then, including Bench, Garnier, TechnoMarine, Ginebra San Miguel, Argentina Corned Beef, Fila, Belo Sexy Solutions, Cream Silk, American Apparel, Wade, SM Accessories, Kashieca, Magnum, and Jaguar. Wilson appears on several magazine covers every year, and has appeared in Bench fashion shows every year. Wilson has been a VJ for Channel V and has been the host of Asia's Next Top Model since its third cycle in 2015. She is now the marketing manager of Sunnies Studios, an eyewear company that she co-owns with Bea Soriano, Eric Dee Jr., and Martine Cajucom.
