Felix Anthony Silla (born Roccacasale, L'Aquila, 1937), also known as Felix Cilla, is an Italian-born American film and television actor and stuntman, best known for his role as "Cousin Itt" on television's "The Addams Family," with the voice normally provided by Anthony Magro (1923-2004).

Early life and circus career
Felix Silla was born in Roccacasale, Abruzzo, Italy. He trained as a circus performer and came to the United States aged 18, 1954, when he appeared with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. His multiple appearances as a bareback horse rider, trapeze artist, and tumbler brought him to Hollywood, where he became a stuntman in the film, A Ticklish Affair.
Litvak, the maniacal, miniature Hitler who threatens George Segal in film The Black Bird (his favorite part), is one of his best-known roles. He was also responsible for the physical appearance of the robot Twiki in Buck Rogers's television series in the 25th century, a role for which Mel Blanc or Bob Elyea provided the voice.
In part due to his short stature (3 ft 11 in) and Battlestar Galactica, he frequently doubled for children in movies like The Towering Inferno, The Hindenburg, and Battlestar Galactica.
