Faisal Abdel Qader Al-Husseini, a former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem who was born in Baghdad, son of Abd al-Qadir al-Husayni, commander of local Arab forces during 1948's siege, his grandfather, Ahmad Hammad Pasha al-Husayni, and a relative of Haj Mohammad Al-Husayni. * He studied in Cairo, Baghdad, and Damascus.
