Alexandra Erinn Hayes (née Carter; born May 25, 1976) is an American actress and comedian.

Dr. Lola Spratt, a character on the Adult Swim sitcom Childrens Hospital, is best known for her role.

Alison appeared on a variety of television sitcoms, including Alison on The Winner (2007), Melanie Clayton on Worst Week (2008–2009), and Sheila on Guys with Kids (2012–2013).

She appeared in the black comedy It's a Disaster for the first time in 2012.

She appeared in The Dangerous Book for Boys and the first season of the CBS sitcom Kevin Can Wait.

Early life

Erinn was born in San Fernando, California. She attended the University of Colorado in Boulder and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in performance in 1998.

Personal life

Hayes married Jack Hayes, a building supervisor, in 2004. Maggie Mae and Lilah Grace Grace are their two daughters.

Career

On FOX's short-lived Kitchen Confidential, Hayes appeared as a chef in 2005. In addition, she appeared in the television film Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of Mork & Mindy as Pam Dawber, as well as costar Chris Diamantopoulos. In 2007, Hayes appeared on Alison on The Winner.

In the satirical comedy series Childrens Hospital on Adult Swim, Hayes played Dr. Lola Spratt. In 2016, she was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Actress in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series.

Melanie Clayton appeared on the CBS comedy series Worst Week as Melanie Clayton. The series was an Americanized adaptation of The Worst Week of My Life. She then appeared on NBC comeback program Guys with Kids. She appeared in films including It's a Disaster, The Watch, and They Came Together. Hayes co-starred in the second season of Hulu's reality TV parody show The Hotwives of Las Vegas.
