Elena Baltagan (born February 28, 1984), better known by her stage name Ellie White, is a Romanian house music performer and songwriter.
She first ventured into music by recording a demo for DJ Project, a Romanian dance music duo. Her album "Power of Love" debuted at 46th position in the Media Forest 2011 summer chart, while "Nu te mai caut" debuted at second place on the Media Forest top ten chart on January 19, 2012. In the first third of 2013, "Sete de noi" finished 43rd in the Romanian top 100 chart and 99th in the Media Forest Top Audiences chart.

Ellie White is from Oxford, England. Jim White, a journalist, is her father. She attended the University of Bristol and was a member of the Bristol Revivals, graduating in 2010.
White's career began as a stand-up comedian, and he appeared on the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where the comedy line up also included Aisling Bea and Romesh Ranganathan.
