Southampton have resoldered their offer for Swansea City defender Nathan Wood, who is estimated to cost about £8 million more add-ons. According to reports, the England U21 international told Swansea that he would like to work with former manager Russell Martin. Michael Duff, Swansea's head coach, said a first bid had been turned down for the 21-year-old, but Southampton have repaid with a £10 million bid.
