Professional career

After playing for Minas Tênis Clube from 2009 to 2012, Felcio moved to Sacramento, California, to attend CCSE Prep Academy in 2012–13 before attempting to gain NCAA admission to attend the University of Oregon in 2013. However, he was later found ineligible and returned to Brazil, where he spent two seasons with Flamengo, winning both the 2014 FIBA Americas League and the FIBA Intercontinental Cup.

Felcio signed with the Chicago Bulls in the 2015 NBA Summer League, despite joining the team on July 12, 2015. He was assigned to the Canton Charge, the Cleveland Cavaliers' D-League affiliate, on December 31, 2015, under flexible assignment authority. He was recalled by the Bulls on January 13, reassigned to Canton on January 15, and recalled again on January 16. In a 118-102 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on March 17, he scored six points and a season-high ten rebounds. In the Bulls' 92–85 victory over the Utah Jazz, he got off to a good start in his career, replacing the injured Pau Gasol. In the Bulls' 105–102 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on April 9, he had his season-best game. Felcio was 7-for-7 from the field, scored 16 points, grabbed five rebounds, blocked two shots, and gave out a score in 23 minutes. He scored 16 points in the second straight game, helping the Bulls beat the New Orleans Pelicans 121-116.

Felcio was assigned to the Windy City Bulls, Chicago's new D-League affiliate. The next day, he was recalled. In a 111-101 loss to the Indiana Pacers on December 30, 2016, he recorded a season-high 12 rebounds. In a 104-89 loss to the New York Knicks, he scored a season-high 13 points on January 12, 2017.

Felcio re-signed with the Bulls on July 6, 2017. In a 110-92 loss to the New York Knicks on March 19, 2018, he scored a career-high 17 points.

Felicio signed ratiopharm Ulm of the Basketball Bundesliga on August 9, 2021.

National team career

Felcia has been a member of Brazil's national basketball team. He has competed in the following major tournaments: the 2012 FIBA South American Championship, the 2013 FIBA AmeriCup, the 2014 FIBA South American Championship, and the 2016 Rio Olympics all happened in Brazil. At the 2014 FIBA South American Championship, he claimed the bronze medal.
