In dramatic scenes in Emmerdale on Friday, Jai Sharma exacted his final revenge against his biological father Amit. Jai (Chris Bisson) was up to mischief this week when he handed over the HOP's to a loanhark before pretending to have been mugged. Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) and Jai joined up to show that Amit may have been complicit in Rishi Sharma's death (Bhasker Patel) last year.

During Emmerdale's episode, Charles Anderson and his mother Claudette discovered Victor (Eddie Osei) dead in a random plot twist. Victor was finally apprehended for stealing Jai's (Chris Bisson) necklace after being confronted by Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker). It caused Claudette (Flo Wilson) to tip Victor's wallet in the hopes of not finding the jewelry, which she sadly did not find. Claudette was left frustrated and angry over Victor's continuing lies and betrayal, and later decided to dismiss Victor out for good.

After being thrown out of his house and slapped by his mother Claudette during Monday night's episode, Emmerdale supporters have expressed their dissatisfaction and sympathy for Charles Anderson. After he and Claudette fully reunited, Charles (Kevin Mathurin) was caught up in a tense debate with his father Victor. Victor (Eddie Osei) and Claudette (Flo Wilson) have been living in Charles' house, but Victor hasn't been too excited about Victor's return. The father and son were caught in an uncomfortable confrontation on Monday's episode, and Charles grabbed him adamantly later.
