Worsham was praised by the Mississippi Senate in 1999 for his outstanding musical career, as well as being "a model student who earns straight A's." Worsham attended Grenada High School and then Berklee College of Music in Boston.
Worsham joined the band KingBilly, playing harmonies and playing mandolin until 2010; the band's longest performance, "Waiting On You," was released on July. Despite the band's local success and a prominent spot on Great American Country's GAC Minute, they never broke through to mainstream radio and disbanded in 2012 with all members pursuing solo careers.
Worsham opened for Taylor Swift in 2011 and has opened for artists such as Miranda Lambert and Wade Bowen. In 2014, Brad Paisley and Randy Houser opened for Brad Paisley and Randy Houser. During Kenny Rogers' final world tour, it was revealed that he would perform some shows.
In 2013, he released his debut single, "Could It Be," for Warner Bros. Records. The song appears on his debut album Rubberband, which was released on August 20, 2013. Vince Gill and Marty Stuart appear on one of the tracks, "Tools of the Trade." "Want Me Too," the album's second single, was released in late 2013.
Beginning of Things, Worsham's second album, was released on April 21, 2017. As the album's lead single, "Cut Your Groove" was released. Worsham did not release any new material until April 2021, when he released a single titled "Fist Through This Town." In July of the same year, an EP named Sugarcane was followed by another.
