The Floribama Shore's fifth season has been postponed indefinitely. The MTV show was announced by TMZ on Friday, and it was revealed that the network had decided not to air new episodes of the reality show. On Friday morning, it was reported that the show's cast was aware of the call but that no reason was given.

When Candace Rice isn't holidaying with her MTV Floribama Shore family, she's giving back to her local community. This holiday season, the nonprofit Rice Foundation's founder and actress Carrie Bernans are partnering with The CB Seed Foundation and founder/actress Carrie Bernans to delight children from low-income zip codes with shopping sprees (with assistance from Target) and financial literacy boot camp. The mission of the 4th Annual Operation Christmas Giveback is to assist 150 children, which may be the biggest shopping spree giveaway the city has ever seen.
"Reaching our goal means seeing the hope in the eyes of children who may not have had the opportunity to believe in a man who gives them presents or to identify the holidays with big meals," Candace told MTV News. "The majority of the recipients are in tears when they hear the news of the spree" -- so overjoyed, they can't comprehend the possibility of choosing what they want."
