Career
Stasey made a career breakthrough in September 2003 when she was cast in the children's television series The Sleepover Club, playing Francesca 'Frankie' Thomas, the club's self-appointed head. In the second series of The Sleepover Club in 2006, Stasey made a brief return to Frankie's appearance.
Rachel Kinski appeared in April 2005 after a year of studying and attending auditions, Neighbours casting director Jan Russ portrayed her as Rachel Kinski. On August 18, her first episode was broadcast. After landing the part of Rachel, Stasey left Star of the Sea College, but continued to study on a distance education program. In September 2008, Stasey revealed in a telephone interview with the Herald Sun that she would leave Neighbours in the coming weeks, mainly to focus on her end-of-year VCE exams. Stasey's character would not be 'killed-off,' the producers announced, giving the possibility to recover.
