David Brian Hargrove (born April 2, 1956) is an American television writer and producer.

He co-created Titus (2000-2002), as well as Christopher Titus and Jack Kenny.

Early life and education

Born David Brian Hargrove of Tarboro, North Carolina, he earned his BFA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He spent time at Juilliard School in New York City as a member of the drama division's Group 10 (1977–1981), which also included Val Kilmer and Linda Kozlowski.

Personal life

On October 24, 2008, Hargrove married long-time partner, actor and comedian David Hyde Pierce. They've been together since the early 1980s.
