Brett Alan Hundley Jr. (born June 15, 1993) is an American football quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL).

He played college football for the UCLA Bruins, where he was the school's career leader in both total offense and touchdown passes.

In the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft, he was drafted by the Green Bay Packers and played in nine games for them in 2017. Aaron Rodgers was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the fifth round and played in 2017.

Early years

Hundley played for the Wolves football team at Chandler High School in Chandler, Arizona. He made 107 of 170 passes for 1,517 yards, with 16 touchdown passes and two interceptions as a junior. College career

Hundley was named UCLA's starting quarterback for the 2012 season after redshirting in 2011. Hundley's first game, against Rice, was a 72-yard play for a touchdown that resulted in a 49-24 victory. In his second appearance against the No. 2, he makes his second appearance. As UCLA beat the Cornhuskers 36-30 in their home opener, 16 Nebraska Cornhuskers, Hundley had 305 passing yards and four touchdown passes. In a 27-21 overtime victory, he continued his streak with 265 passing yards and three touchdowns against the Cleveland Browns. Hundley's 16-0 loss to the Vikings after the Packers were suspended from playoff contention going 17-of-40 for 130 passing yards and two interceptions. In the 35–11 loss, he had 172 passing yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. On a trick play, he had his first career reception on a 10-yard pass from wide receiver Randall Cobb on a trick play. Hundley finished with 1,836 passing yards, nine touchdowns, 12 interceptions, 270 passing yards, and two rushing touchdowns in the 2017 season.

Hundley was traded to the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, which was used on RB Dexter Williams.

Hundley signed a one-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals worth $1.88 million on March 14, 2019. Kyler Murray, the Cardinals' backup quarterback, was drafted first overall in the 2019 NFL Draft.
