After being struck in the side of the head by a line drive Friday night, Atlanta Braves reliever Jackson Stephens sustained concussion. In the ninth inning against the St. Louis Cardinals, Stephens walked off the field. Trainers on the field led the right-hander before being barred from the game and admitted to the hospital. He has had concussion and been put on the seven-day injured list.
