Career

Herter appeared on seasons of Road Rules and Real World/Road Rules Challenge, as well as G-Hole. He joined the G4 Network in 2007 as a creator and recurring substitute host for Attack of the Show. (And its "The Feed" segment) and X-Play. Alison Haislip, co-host of season 1 of American Ninja Warrior, was he. Blair co-anchored Microsoft's nightly Xbox @ E3 Live streaming event coverage on Xbox Live with former G4 stars Morgan Webb and Kevin Pereira during the 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo. Herter joined Midnight Oil Agency as an executive director of corporate growth and senior vice president of partnerships in 2019, and with Advncr as the chief brand officer and senior vice president of partnerships.

In 2020, he returned to G4 as vice president of content partnerships and brand creation for Comcast Spectacor, the division in charge of the relaunch.

Herter left G4 in 2022 and moved to the Netherlands to take on an executive role with Team Liquid in the Netherlands.
