On Tuesday, clubs will vote on the terms, with the matter likely to go through.

MIKE KEEGAN: A week from today, a pioneering television show on which audio from referees and VAR officials is broadcast is scheduled to air. Agenda knows that Howard Webb, the current head of PGMOL, is keen to increase visibility and has been instrumental in the development of a proposed 30-minute show, which is set to be broadcast on Monday night, with Webb himself taking to the airwaves ahead of Liverpool's visit to Leicester City on Monday Night Football. It is hoped that the performance, which will be broadcast internationally via Premier League Productions, would help clubs and fans know how decisions are made and reduce confusion and animosity.
