Early life
Bouhaddouz was born in Berkane, Morocco. His family immigrated to Dietzenbach, Germany, when he was one year old.
Club career
Bouhaddouz's career began at FC Dietzenbach. He joined FSV Frankfurt in 2006, when he was playing in the Oberliga Hessen at the time, following a spell at Spvgg Neu-Isenburg. In February 2009, he started working for FC Erzgebirge Aue on a 1.5-year loan.
Bouhaddouz joined SV Wehen Wiesbaden on a free transfer in 2011. In an encounter against VfL Osnabrück, he scored his first goal for the club before being dismissed. He decided to the end of his deal in summer 2012, which was supposed to come to an end in 2013.
Bouhaddouz, a former soldier of Viktoria Köln, transferred to the Bayer Leverkusen Reserve in September 2013. In the fourth-tier Regionalliga West, he scored 24 goals in 27 games.

He was named in Morocco's 23-man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia in May 2018. In the first match against Iran, he scored his own goal, resulting in a loss for Morocco.
