Antonique Smith (born August 11, 1983) is an American actress and singer.
Life and career
Smith was born in East Orange, New Jersey, United States. In Jonathan Larson's Rent, she appeared as Mimi. She was also the poster girl for Rent, and she was featured on taxi cabs in New York City and across the country. She left Mimi's role to record her album and extend her film career.
Smith made her television debut in Sidney Lumet's 100 Centre Street as a teen heroin user.
