Yael Goldman-Pfeffer (born 24 September 1978) is an Israeli actress, TV host, and model.

Early life

Yael Goldman was born in Kiryat Ono, Israel. Both her parents, Dan Goldman and Idit (née Fishler), are of Ashkenazi Jewish descent. She served as a soldier in the Israel Defense Forces' Intelligence Corps.

Goldman started studying business administration at the College of Management in Rishon LeZion, near Tel Aviv, in 2005.

Goldman worked at The Yoram Loewenstein Acting Studio from 2006 to 2008.

Personal life

Career

Goldman started modeling for the Betty Rockaway modeling company after leaving her military service in 1998. Through the years she has worked in Paris and New York City, in magazines, as well as for Galeries Lafayette, Armani, and McDonald's. In the same time, In Israel Goldman became the leading model of the Israeli-based clothing company Crocker, and the Israeli-based clothing company Castro was chosen in 2000 to be the leading model of the Israel-based clothing company Castro.

After the company conducted a poll in which 14,000 people preferred Goldman in the Haar Products campaign of the Israeli shampoo Natural Formula in 2004, the company selected her. Goldman was chosen to be the best model of the jewelry company H. Stern in 2005, and her deal with the company was extended for another year. She modeled alongside Kate Moss in H. Stern as part of her H. Stern work. In addition, Goldman was the leading model for Bonita in 2005 and oversaw the company's campaign for two years.

Rather than Michal Yanai, Goldman was chosen to be the Sebocalm company's new model in 2008. Goldman was a participant in the Boutique Cassidy's 2008 campaign.

Maya Negri, a well-known fashion designer, was selected in February 2010 as the host of the spring-summer season.

Goldman returned to Israel at the end of 2002 and began her television appearance as an TV host of Exit on Channel 10, along with model Mali Levi, singer Shiri Maimon, and TV hosts Ofer Shechter and Michael Hanegbi. Goldman revealed plans to leave the show in April 2005.

In July 2005, Goldman began to host the extreme TV sports program AXN Mania. During the year, Goldman appeared in a videoclip of the singers Daniel Salomon and Rinat Bar.

Goldman accompanied the participants of the fourth season of Israeli reality show Kokhav Nolad at all stages of auditions, and Goldman appeared on the Israeli reality show Once in a Lifetime with Yaakov Alperon in June of that year.

Goldman was one of the cast of Israeli science fiction film Ha'Nephilim, in which she appeared as a journalist in May 2007. She appeared in Harel Moyal's video clip "You Come to Me" in the fall of that year. Goldman, a leading reporter in Israel's entertainment news service Y at Ten, and in the Israeli drama series Danny Hollywood, earned him the highest accolades.

Goldman appeared in the second season of the Israeli comedy series Naor's Friends as herself, and in the summer of that year, she began hosting a daily television show on Channel 24 which was broadcast live from Akhziv. She was cast as a lead actor in Channel 10's Israeli drama Neshot Htayasim at the end of last year.

Goldman, alongside Ilana Berkovitz and Zohar Israel, became the host of the variety TV show Y in the Evening in 2010. She began appearing on the panel of the network's coverage of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in June 2010.

Goldman was also employed as an assistant veterinarian while assisting the show Exit.
