Vladimir Sergeyevich Lisin (born 7 May 1956) is a Russian billionaire businessman.
He is the chairman and majority shareholder of Novolipetsk (NLMK), one of Russia's four largest steel companies.
He is a world authority on metallurgical processes; he has obtained many patents and has published over 100 papers on metallurgy and economics, including 15 monographs. According to Forbes, he was the richest man in Russia and the 48th richest in the world in 2013.

He graduated from the Siberian Metallurgical Institute in 1979 with a metallurgical engineering degree concentrating on "Foundry of irons and non-ferrous metals." (Kharkov, Ukraine), a completed Postgraduate research in U.RNIIMET in 1984 by correspondence. After I. P. Bardin (Moscow), he earned an MSc in Metal Engineering from the Central Research Institute of ferrous metallurgy in 1989.
