Violent J. Life

Joseph Francis Bruce (born April 28, 1972), also known as Violent J, is an American rapper, record producer, and professional wrestler who was a member of the hip hop band Insane Clown Posse.

He co-founded Psychopathic Records, alongside ICP rapper Shaggy 2 Dope (Joseph Utsler) and their former manager, Alex Abbiss, and they're co-founders.

Bruce, along with Utsler, is the co-founder of Juggalo Championship Wrestling's pro wrestling competition Juggalo Championship Wrestling.

Early life

Bruce was born in Berkley, Michigan. He was the last child born of three children. When Bruce was two years old, his father, Richard Bruce, stole all of the family's money and left. Linda Robert and Theresa's mother, Linda, was forced to care for him and his siblings, Robert and Theresa, despite the fact that she earned as a janitor. Joe and his brother caught a butterfly at age seven, and both were captivated by the creature's vibrant colors and general peacefulness. They held the butterfly in a jar overnight and planned to free it the next morning. The brothers discovered the butterfly had died when they awakened and felt as if they had committed a murder. The brothers made a promise that "one day, [they] will make it to heaven, [they] will apologize to the Butterfly face-to-face." "Dedicated to the Butterfly" appears on every Insane Clown Posse album and EP.

Bruce inherited all of his clothing from rummage sales and his canned food drives held at his own school. Bruce and his little brother Joey were visiting Oak Park after moving to Oak Park. He began his gang life by becoming involved in criminal activity in Royal Oak Township. Bruce, along with John and Joey, became heavily involved in rap music. Bruce, Joseph Utsler, as Master J, and John Utsler as Master J, released the single titled Party at the Top of the Hill in 1989, but they did not pursue a career in music.

Bruce was kicked out of school in ninth grade and joined Rudy and his friend Rudy in River Rouge. Inner City Posse, the member of the Army's sandraky, will terrorize people with Army-issued tear gas and rob car radios for money. Joe's mother, who had just migrated to Ferndale, was attacked by a Hazel Park Posse, one of Hazel Park's gang. Joe fled to Bonnie Doone, North Carolina, a trailer park town just south of Fort Bragg, where his brother was stationed with the US Army while his brother was stationed in Fort Bragg. It was there that Bruce witnessed the open bigots that would later emerge as the hate for bigots included in Insane Clown Posse's lyrics.

Joe returned to Ferndale at seventeen. He was soon sentenced to prison, and the experience pushed him to avoid gang life. Bruce and his buddy Dale Miettinen Jr. formed Inner City Posse in 1989, following their brief careers in professional wrestling, after a brief career in professional wrestling. Following the introduction of the album Bass-Ment Cuts, the group recruited record store owner Alex Abbiss as their boss and launched the Psychopathic Records record label with him in 1991.

Personal life

Joe Bruce has two siblings, a younger sister and an older brother, Jumpsteady, who was known as the "Psychopathic Records Don" from 1992 to 2005, and became a paramedic. When he returned in 2012, he regained his position. Jumpsteady has two albums on Psychopathic Records (The Chaos Theory and Master of the Flying Guillotine). Samantha is Bruce's niece through Jumpsteady. Bruce has two children with ex-wife Michelle "Sugar Slam" Rapp: Joseph "JJ" Bruce II, born in 2005, and Ruby Bruce, a daughter who was born in 2006. On Father's Day, June 16, 2013, Bruce and Rapp married. "Fuck My Dad (Richard Bruce)" was released on the same day as his single "Fuck My Dad." He and Sugar Slam have announced in the Hatchet Herald in February that they have agreed to mutually separate, but that they will always be good friends and will always prioritize the children's needs over their own. Bruce has written "Song 4 Son" for his son and "Ruby Song" for his daughter, as well as "Ruby Song" for his daughter. Blahzay Roze, a 2016 dating celebrity, began dating Bruce, but he disbanded later this year. Ruby and JJ were the children of the 2013 Father's Day Single, a recording of Richard Bruce's "Fuck My Dad (Richard Bruce)" and featured appearances by Lyte, Shaggy 2 Dope, Jumpsteady, their younger sister Denise, and Violent J's children Ruby and JJ.

He proclaimed himself "a juggalo fan" and attended Midwest Furry Fest with his daughter in December 2018. During the convention, he wore sewn-in juggalo makeup made by "DraconicKnight" during a fursuit.

Bruce revealed that he was suffering from atrial fibrillation in 2021 and announced ICP's farewell world tour the following year. He promises that he will continue to play live as long as he is physically fit.

Bruce, as well as his bandmate Joseph Utsler, have had several run-ins with the law, including numerous times since being arrested multiple times starting at the age of seventeen.

Bruce was banned for ninety days in 1989-1990 for homicide threats, robbery, and breaching probation; this led him to him not to participate in gang life.

Bruce was arrested on an aggravated battery charge after reportedly punching an audience member thirty times with his microphone at a concert in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on November 16, 1997. Bruce was detained for four hours before being released on US$5,000 bail.

Insane Clown Posse's tour bus left at a Waffle House in Greenfield, Indiana, after a performance in Indianapolis. When a customer began to annoy Spaniolo and Bruce, a contest broke out between the customer and all of the bands' members. Bruce and Utsler pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges (reduced from battery) in an Indiana court and were fined US$200 each month, months later. Twiztid, Myzery, and Psychorealm were charged with battery.

Bruce was arrested in Columbia, Missouri, on June 15, 2001, for an outstanding warrant stemming from an incident in February 2001. Insane Clown Posse was convicted of injuring workers of a St. Louis radio station for making disparaging remarks on the radio. Bruce, Utsler, and two associates were arrested a few miles from a venue where the group had staged a concert. Bruce was taken to St. Louis the next day and released on bail without charge on June 18. Bruce pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor assault in the second degree on February 6, 2002 and was sentenced to 12 months of unsupervised probation.

Violent J. Career

Musical career

Bruce released Enter the Ghetto Zone as his first solo album in 1989, using two cassette players. One performed the beat, while the other caught it, and Bruce stuck his head between the two teams and rapped. Bruce's second solo release Wizard of the Hood, an extended reference to the Wizard of the Hood songs he recorded on Inner City Posse's Intelligence and Violence and Dog Beats, as well as Insane Clown Posse's Carnival of Carnage, in 2003. Bruce released The Shining, a limited edition of the 2008 Gathering of the Juggalos, before being widely distributed. J and Shaggy, the ICP's GOTJ 2013 conference, announced that they were planning to do solo albums. Two flyers were announced on December 10, 2015, with the introduction of "Phantom: X-tra Spooky" EP. "F.T.M.F.O.M.F.F.M.F." was one of Shaggy 2 Dope's latest solo album "F.T.F.O.M.F." In 2016, it was predicted that it would be released in 2016. The other flyer was for Violent J's latest solo album, "Karma Forest," which is set to be released in 2016.

Inner City Posse redesigned their style, appearance, and name in late 1991. In Delray, Bruce recalled a dream of a clown running around, which inspired the company's new name, Insane Clown Posse. Bruce had a dream in which spirits in a traveling carnival appeared to him, an image that would be used in the company's Joker's Cards series. These stories each have a specific lesson that can be used to reform listeners' "evil ways" before "the end consumes us all." Insane Clown Posse has a loyal following, as well as Juggalos and Juggalettes, who are often referred to as Juggalos and Juggalettes.

About a month before the unveiling of Carnival of Carnage and Insane Clown Posse, John Utsler's troupe has been assembled, including Joseph Bruce and Joseph Utsler, who perform under the respective personas of the murderous, wicked clowns Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope. The pair, who are best known for its grim, violent lyrics, and elaborate live performances, has a style of hardcore hip hop referred to as horrorcore. Insane Clown Posse has received two platinum and five gold albums. According to Nielsen SoundScan, the company's entire catalog has sold 6.5 million units in the United States and Canada as of April 2007.

The Golden Goldies were a comedic group whose songs were solely focused on gold. The company was made up of Psychopathic Record's employees and acquaintances, including Joseph Bruce (Golden Warrior), Robert Bruce (Golden Gram), Billy Bill (Golden Utsler), Joseph Gordon (Golden Warrior), Rich Murrell (Golden Warrior), Jeff Giammanco (Golden Warrior), Joseph Abbiss (Golden Warrior), Robbie Ferguson (Golden Warrior), Josh Golden Frank (Golden Grisl Gimme Them Fuckin' Nuggets Bitch, Or I'll Punch Your Fuckin' Face, is their only LP, and it was not announced publicly until 1995. Insane Clown Posse's Golden Goldies was only a project put together for entertainment purposes. Each artist was given only five minutes to write their verses and had just one take to record them, which resulted in some artists messing up their lines, and lyrics full of "some strange stuff." The group held just one live performance, which took place at Insane Clown Posse's Riddle Box's record launch party.

Dark Lotus, founded in 1998, was made up of Bruce and Utsler of Insane Clown Posse, Jamie Spaniolo of Twiztid, and Chris Rouleau of Twiztid. Each member was expected to "act as a 'lotus' of the lotus,' and it was announced that there will be six members. After switching between two different "sixth members," Marz, and Anybody Killa, Dark Lotus decided to keep the group to just five people. Insane Clown Posse declared the group disbanded on January 19, 2017, during an interview with Faygoluvers.

Psychopathic Rydas emerged in 1999 and features Psychopathic Records-associated rappers who appear under new stage names in the style of mainstream gangsta rap. The new team includes Bruce (Bullet), Utsler (Full Clip), Methamp; Foe), Spaniolo (Lil' Shank), Rouleau (Cell Block), Lowery (Sawed Off) and Hutto (Yung Dirt).

Psychopathic Rydas reuses the beats of well-known rappers of the genre without having to purchase the original songs or seeking permission from copyright owners to use the music, resulting in their albums becoming impossible to find in certain countries.

Soopa Villainz was formed in 2002 and featured Detroit rappers L.A.V.E.L. (Mr. Heart), Bruce (Mr. Diamond), Esham (Mr. Spade), and Utsler (Mr. Club). The group appeared on Insane Clown Posse's The Wraith: Shangri-La and Repentance before releasing their debut album, Furious, in 2005. Esham and Lavel's departure from Psychopathic Records in October 2005 disbanded the group.

Professional wrestling career

Bruce began wrestling alongside his colleagues Joseph and John Utsler. The threesome became involved in backyard wrestling and developed two backyard wrestling rings for their made-up promotion Tag Team Wrestling, which was later renamed National All-Star Wrestling. In front of fans and relatives, the trio performed National All-Star Wrestling's first show, NAW Wrestling Extravaganza. Bruce was on display under the moniker Darryl "Dropkick" Daniels, as well as Joey Utsler wrestling as both Rhino and the masked NAW World Champion White Tiger, among others. Since being involved in gang life and establishing Inner City Posse, Bruce stopped wrestling.

Bruce decided to escape from gang life and begin a career in professional wrestling after being released from prison in 1990. Rudy Hill, Bruce's buddy, got him to wrestle in a local wrestling tournament. Rudy deceived the promoter by advising him that Bruce had been trained at the Chris Adams Wrestling School in Texas. Bruce met Rob Van Dam and Sabu, two other first-timers with whom he became close friends, during the festival. Bruce fought as Corporal Darryl Daniels, wearing a US Army uniform that his brother had sent him when he was in the Gulf War, and he had his first match against "Irish" Doyle at Azteca Hall in Southwest Detroit. Bruce went on to wrestle for Al Snow, including the debut of Van Dam. After a brief career in finance, Joe discovered his dissatisfaction with backstage politics and decided to pursue a career in music, taking the name Violent J.

In 1994, Bruce returned to wrestling in the independent circuit under the name Hector Hatchet. He wrestled in between recording sessions and touring this year, competing in Midwest Championship Wrestling. Bruce was involved in a feud with Sewer Dwella in Insane Championship Wrestling from 1996 to 1998. He continued to participate in many independent competitions over the next three years, including IWA Mid-South and NWA Mid American Wrestling.

Bruce appeared in Xtreme Pro Wrestling at XPW Rapture in 2001 to help Utsler. The pair left the company after Bruce sustained a real-life injury from a sloppy clothesline. He and Utsler met in Ring of Honour on October 5, 2002, defeating Oman Tortuga and Diablo Santiago. Bruce was later made a playable character in both Eidos Interactive's video games Backyard Wrestling 2 and Home and Backyard Wrestling 2: There Goes the Neighborhood as Violent J. He competed in a string of Backyard Wrestling matches in 2003 and 2004 to help promote the games.

Bruce was contacted by friends Rob Van Dam and Sabu in August 1997. They asked if he and Utsler would appear on Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW)'s second pay-per-view (PPV) service, Hardcore Heaven, asking if they could be a member of the Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). With Van Dam, Sabu, and Paul Heyman, the two travelled to Florida to talk about the ECW show's content. Heyman was delighted that Bruce and Utsler were former wrestlers, which meant they could surprise the audience by taking bumps. Since no one was aware of the company's dealing with Van Dam and Sabu, Heyman favoured the idea of using Insane Clown Posse. Heyman introduced his plan to Bruce and Utsler, who agreed to participate. Insane Clown Posse opened the ECW program by performing songs and eliciting the audience. Then Van Dam and Sabu, the time's greatest criminals, also attacked Bruce and Utsler. The Sandman, the top fan favorite, came in and saved them by chasing away Van Dam and Sabu with his signature Singapore cane.

Bruce and Utsler owned and were fascinated by the death match wrestling collection OUTrageously Violent Wrestling from Japan, which is particularly impressive. The pair decided to create a collection of their favorite games, as well as recording their own sports announcing under the name of "Handsome" Harley Guestella a.k.a. "Gweedo" (Utsler) and "Diamond Donovan Douglas") a.k.a. "3D" (Bruce). The compilation film was released worldwide under the name Strangle-Mania of the ICP. Bruce and Utsler were able to host their own wrestling show, Strangle-Mania Live, to a sold-out appearance at St. Andrew's Hall thanks to the video's success. Insane Clown Posse vs. The Chicken Boys, who were played by two Bruce and Utsler's two friends, were the main event at the festival. Dan Curtis, a local wrestling booker, as well as Mad Man Pondo, Corporal Robinson, King Kong Bundy, and Abdullah the Butcher were all booked on the show to compete in the same death match style as shown in ICP Strangle-Mania.

The World Wrestling Federation (WWF) had Insane Clown Posse in 1998 to perform the entrance theme for the wrestling group The Oddities. In August 1998 and rap live, the WWF also wanted ICP to appear on their SummerSlam pay-per-view (PPV) scheme, while The Oddities joined the fight. As the two two teenagers arrived at the arena, they discovered their wrestling aspirations had come true; they had been contacted by wrestling's top company and were now scheduled to appear on their PPV service at Madison Square Garden, the company's most historic venue. Bruce and Utsler, who were scheduled to wrestle during the main event that night, were sent to Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker. The pair immediately felt the animosity in the locker room that had previously held them away from wrestling. Insane Clown Posse appeared and was invited to return to the live broadcast of Monday Night Raw the following night. Bruce and Utsler's appearance at the premiere demanded more than just a rapping position; they wanted to wrestle. Vincent McMahon supported the theory and encouraged them to participate.

Insane Clown Posse was embroiled in a feud with The Headbangers. The Headbangers were tenacious, delivering real punches and kicks in the first wrestling match. A move was planned in the rematch, where Bruce and Utsler would flip over the Headbangers. The Headbangers refused to move when the time came to pass, causing Insane Clown Posse to actually flip them over and start throwing punches. McMahon called it off because the match was getting too tense, and the contest was called off after that match. With The Oddities, Bruce and Utsler were thrown into other competitions. Vince Russo told Bruce and Utsler, "make it seem that you don't know anything about wrestling, and you guys keep choking and digging into their eyes." Bruce and Utsler had no deal with WWF at this time. They did, however, have an agreement that the WWF will occasionally feature Insane Clown Posse commercials, and Bruce and Utsler would fight for free. Bruce and Utsler knew that airtime cost much more than any financial reward they would receive, and they were therefore happy with the deal. The pair were told they would immediately turn on The Oddities in their match against The Headbangers and then join them in beating the opposition. They were also informed that their commercial would air the next week, which had yet to be broadcasting after three months of being involved with the WWF. Insane Clown Posse and The Headbangers played Steve Austin next week. Austin made it clear to Bruce and Thrasher that Thrasher would be the first Stone Cold Stunner, but Bruce would turn around and receive the second. Austin gave Bruce the Stunner first, catching him off guard and forcing Bruce to explain the move awkwardly. Despite being dissatisfied with the match's results, Bruce and Utsler kept hoping that McMahon would air the commercial as promised. Bruce and Utsler called Abbiss to inquire about the commercial, but they were told that it was not broadcast. Given that McMahon failed to keep his commitment to air Insane Clown Posse's commercial, Abbiss suggested that Bruce and Utsler end their WWF deal.

Insane Clown Posse and Dan Curtis joined them while being involved with the WWF. Curtis suggested that Insane Clown Posse begin receiving its own recognition after leaving the WWF. Each night, he came to Bruce's house to discuss the promotion's theories. Curtis persuaded Bruce to produce another Strangle-Mania Live exhibition, which would be followed by an eight-city "Hellfire Wrestling" tour. Curtis recruited the actors and wrote the scripts. Strangle-Mania Live in Detroit sold out the Majestic Theater. Curtis was discovered dead in his apartment two days after the show due to a sudden diabetic condition. The "Hellfire Wrestling" tour was then cancelled.

Bruce went on to compete for a long time with Shaggy 2 Dope in World Championship Wrestling. Both horses were born as a result of two stables. Insane Clown Posse, Vampiro, and Raven were the first stables; Insane Clown Posse, Vampiro, Great Muta, and Kiss Demon were included in the second group, Insane Clown Posse, Vampiro, Great Muta, and Kiss Demon.

Insane Clown Posse made their WCW debut on Monday in a six-man tag team match. Insane Clown Posse and Vampiro defeated Lash LeRoux, Norman Smiley, and Prince Iaukea. Rey Mysterio, Jr., Billy Kidman, and Eddie Guerrero defeated Vain and Insane Clown Posse at Road Wild 1999. Insane Clown Posse continued to wrestle on Monday Nitro, defeating Public Enemy one week and losing to Konnan and Rey Mysterio, Jr. another. The tag team of Rey Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero, and Billy Kidman defeated Valiant and Insane Clown Posse at Fall Brawl 1999. Insane Clown Posse defeated Lenny Lane and Lodi on September 13.

Insane Clown Posse defeated Tank Abbott and 3 Count on the August 23, 2000 episode of WCW Thunder, Great Muta, Vampiro, and Insane Clown Posse beat Insane Clown Posse by a few points. Nitro, Insane Clown Posse and Vampiro defeated 3 Count on Monday, and Rey Mysterio, Jr. and Juventud Guerrera defeated Insane Clown Posse and Vampiro the following week. In a Handicap Hardcore match, Mike Awesome defeated Insane Clown Posse on September 25.

Bruce and Utsler formed Juggalo Championshit Wrestling, which has since been shortened to Juggalo Championship Wrestling. The two teams became the first-ever JCW Tag Team Champions on Saturday night, defeating two Doink the Clowns' squad. JCW, Volume 1, was taped and released at the time. Under their "3D" and "Gweedo" announcing personas, Bruce and Utsler provided a commentary. Insane Clown Posse, who was born in 2000, was involved in a rivalry with the Rainbow Alliance (Big Flam, Bob, and Neil). The Rainbow Alliance defeated The Rainbow Coalition in April that year. They defeated the Coalition again when they teamed with Evil Dead later this year, and the match that was shown on JCW, Volume 2 was the best ever.

Insane Clown Posse defended and preserved their JCW Tag Team Championships against Kid Cock (a parody of Kid Rock) and Feminem (a parody of Eminem). On JCW, Volume 3, the match was broadcast. At the 2006 Gathering of the Juggalos, Bruce, Nosawa, and Vampiro lost to Mad Man Pondo and The Headhunters, but beat Pondo and Powers of Pain later the next day. Bruce continued to wrestle for JCW, although it was only on live events until JCW SlamTV's 2007 debut.

On January 21, 2004, Bruce appeared alongside Utsler on an episode of the NWA Total Nonstop Action PPV. In the crowd, the two pair were seen partying alongside the Juggalos in attendance. Jeff Jartt was competing against El Leon, Jartt, and El Leon were among the crowds watching Insane Clown Posse sprayed Faygo in Jartt's eyes. Insane Clown Posse was interviewed by Mike Tenay in the ring this week. Both the pair claimed to be fans of TNA and that they wanted to be a part of the TNA family feud. Jarn Gilberti and David Young interrupted as they began making kayfabe negative comments toward Jarn Gilberti and David Young. Insane Clown Posse chased Gilbertti and Young out of the ring after Gilberti tried to convince the pair to a match for the next week.

Insane Clown Posse defeated Glen Gilbertti and David Young on February 4th. Scott Hudson talked with Insane Clown Posse, the pair revealed they would face whom Jeff Jart threw at them next in a "Juggalo Street Fight" later that night. Insane Clown Posse beat Glen Gilbertti and Kid Kash's staff on February 18. Insane Clown Posse announced that they would compete in a "Dark Carnival match" against Glen Gilbertti and any other person he chooses two weeks later. Insane Clown Posse and 2 Tuff Tony face Glen Gilbertti, Kid Kash, and David Young over the course of a week. Monty Brown, the Alpha Male, made his TNA debut on Monday, and Insane Clown Posse and 2 Tuff Tony were the match's cost, as well as Insane Clown Posse and 2 Tuff Tony. Insane Clown Posse was one of the biggest paying crowds in history during their time in TNA. Since the pair left, they stayed close to the company.

Insane Clown Posse hosted and booked TNA's first ever house show, which took place in Detroit, Michigan, on March 17, 2006. Eric Young and Petey Williams, both from Team Canada, were defeated by the pair.

Bruce and Utsler competed in the annual event A Night of Appreciation for Sabu, where they teaming with the Rude Boy to defeat Corporal Robinson, Zach Gowen, and Breyer Wellington on December 12, 2004. Bruce was forced to compete as a singles competitor and as a Hatchet Boy alongside Corporal Robinson and 2 Tuff Tony later this year.

Bruce was embroiled in a feud with Pro Wrestling Unplugged in late 2006. Corporal Robinson, the then JCW Heavyweight Champion and PWU Hardcore Champion, became the first JCW Heavyweight Champion and PWU Hardcore Champion, kicking off a series of matches between JCW and PWU. Team PWU (The Backseat Boyz and Corporal Robinson) defeated Team JCW (2 Tuff Tony, Violent J, and Dyson Pryce) on Pro Wrestling Unplugged's "PWU vs. JCW). Team PWU (Trent Acid, Corporal Robinson, Johnny Kashmere, Pete Hunter, and Gary Wolfe) took on Team JCW (Nosawa, 2 Tuff Tony, Violent J, Mad Man Pondo, and Raven) in a War Games match the following month. Raven, on the other hand, attacked both teams, causing both Team PWU and Team JCW to unite and attack Raven.

Bruce continues to appear at various places in the independent circuit as Violent J.

JCW's SlamTV debuted in 2007. It was the first time JCW had been broadcast since the three initial DVDs. Diamond Donovan Douglas, Bruce returned to comment, and Utsler returned as "Handsome" Harley Guestella. In an episode of SlamTV, 3D and Gweedo were introduced! Insane Clown Posse had been barred from the JCW Tag Team Championships due to them not defending the country's title. Insane Clown Posse teamed with Sabu to defeat Trent Acid and the Young Alter Boys in JCW's first annual Bloodymania, the nation's biggest wrestling competition.

Corporal Robinson, Scott Hall, and Violent J established the Juggalo World Order later that night (JWO). Shaggy 2 Dope, Nosawa, Kevin Nash, 2 Tuff Tony, and Sid Vicious followed him later. Bruce and Tony were named JCW Tag Team Champions on January 26, 2008. Their victory was nevertheless declared null, stricken from history, and the title was vacated. The Juggalo World Order, Scott Hall, Shaggy 2 Dope, Violent J, 2 Tuff Tony, and Corporal Robinson) "invaded" Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's Turning Point PPV by purchasing front row tickets to the event on November 9, 2008. They proceeded to advertise their JWO jerseys, which every member had on before being escorted from the building.

At Bloodymania III, Juggalo World Order (Corporal Robinson, Scott Hall, Shaggy 2 Dope, Violent J, and Sid Vicious) defeated Trent Acid and the Alter Boys (Tim, Tom, Terry, and Todd). Bruce assumed the company's on-screen role of commissioner on February 10, 2011. Violent J said at their GOTJ seminar on July 24, 2015, that he is excited to wrestle again next year, but he wants to "get in a better place."

Acting career

In 2000, Bruce appeared in the Psychopathic Records crime drama Big Money Hustlas as Big Baby Sweets. Big Money Rustlas came after Bruce portrayed Big Baby Chips' ancestor, Big Baby Chips. Bruce was in possession of a bigoted prison guard in 2001, when he was asked to appear as a bigoted prison guard. Bruce was chosen for the role because of his appearances on The Howard Stern Show, and they told him that they needed "a big white dude with urban slang to his name," and that Bruce, who appeared on radio shows, was the right guy for the job. Although Bruce had an interest in acting outside of Psychopathic Records, as well as being able to move without face paint, he didn't want to be a racist, and therefore decided against playing a racist. Bruce appeared in the film Death Racers in 2008 as part of Big Money Rustlas. "We just did it for fun," Bruce said. We knew it was going to be essentially garbage."
