Victor Webster (born February 7, 1973) is a Canadian actor.
He is best known for his role as Nicholas Alamain, the mutant character in Mutant X, Coop the cupid on Charmed and detective Carlos Fonnegra in Continuum.
Early life
Victor Webster was born in Calgary, Alberta, and John ("Jack") Webster, a police officer, and Roswitha, a hair stylist. His behavior as an adolescent led him to trouble. He began learning martial arts and eventually became a teacher of this art, earning a respectable reputation as an amateur kickboxer and heavyweight black belt. In the meantime, his early interest in acting was demonstrated by his involvement in numerous school plays and theatre lessons.

Career
Webster worked as both a stockbroker and in export/import. He appeared in Cosmopolitan magazine's "All About Men" special issue in 1998. In the late 1990s, he began to look for acting roles. He made his way into Days of Our Lives, a NBC daytime soap opera. After leaving Days, he was cast as one of the main protagonists of the nationally syndicated SF-action film Mutant X (2001), which ran for three seasons. He was named as one of People magazine's "Most Eligible Bachelors" in 2002.
While working on Mutant X, Webster appeared in the film Bringing Down the House and made guest appearances on other television shows, including a 2003 appearance on HBO's Sex and the City. Since Mutant X, Webster has alternated between television and theatrical film roles. In the final episode of Charmed, he appeared in the final episodes of the series as Coop, a cupid who married Phoebe Halliwell (played by Alyssa Milano).
On the relaunch of Melrose Place in 2009, Webster appeared on Caleb Brewer. He appeared in the Criminal Minds' season 5 episode "Parasite" as a con artist-turned-serial murderer. He also appeared in Harper's Island, a 2009 murder mystery. He was instrumental in the 2010 Tyler Perry film Why Did I Get Married Too? Josh Davidson, Kate Beckett's boyfriend, appeared on Castle on a recurring basis in 2011. He appeared as the lead male vampire in Embrace of the Vampire's 2013 version.
