Rushton joined Pinoy Big Brother as a housemate of Pinoy Big Brother on April 27, 2014: All In. She was always on the radar, and because of this, she was branded as the one who least contributed in her squad in the initial stages of the competition. She was also teased romantically by some of her colleagues, including Cheridel Alejandrino to housemate Daniel Matsunaga, resulting in some controversies involving her and showbiz boyfriend Jason Abalos. Rushton was nominated for the first time on Day 79; she received 22.9 percent of the total votes saving her from the eviction. Rushton made it to the Big Night and placed 4th, receiving -0.7 percent of total votes.
