Eva Ulrika Jonsson (born 16 August 1967) is a Swedish television presenter and model based in the United Kingdom.

She began working as a TV-am weather presenter and then moved on to present Gladiators and become a team captain of the show Shooting Stars.

Personal life

Jonsson lives in South Moreton, Oxfordshire. She has been married three times and has four children. She is a Manchester United fan.

In 1990, she married cameraman John Turnbull. The following year, the family migrated to Cookham Dean in Berkshire. They have one son (b.1994). They divorced in 1995.

Stan Collymore, a footballer, was dated by Jonsson later. Collymore released a public apology in June 1998 after being adamant against Jonsson during a squabble in a Paris bar. Marcus Kempen, a German hotelier, started courting Collymore soon after. They have one child (b.) (2000). After the birth, Jonsson's friendship with Kempen came to an end.

Jonsson began her television career as a weather presenter on Good Morning Britain in 1989. She appeared on Swedish television3 from 1989 to 1995, and London was also the weather presenter. Who's Bluffing Who? co-presented BBC One's short-lived daytime quiz show Who's Bluffing Who? in 1991. Richard Cartridge appeared in The Annunciation of Marie (1991), a French film starring Richard Cartridge and starring Marie Bouley (1991). She began working in 1992 as a host on many television shows, including ITV's Gladiators, The National Lottery Draws, 1998 and Miss World in 1999. During this time, she appeared on Playtex Lingerie and was a team captain on BBC TV quiz show Shooting Stars.

For the BBC 2 show The Enormous Election, she interviewed former British Prime Minister John Major in 1997. For her program Ulrika in Euroland, she interviewed Gordon Brown, then Chancellor of the Exchequer.
