The 51-year-old reality star made headlines in June when her seven-year prison sentence for her bank fraud and tax evasion charges was overturned. Her husband Todd Chrisley was sentenced to 12 years in prison, though now his wife Julie may be getting out much early.

Savannah has revealed the heartbreaking words her mom, Julie, uttered to her after her sentence was overturned as she begged her daughter to stay by her side. The 34-year-old has been fighting for her parents' freedom after they were put behind bars for tax evasion in 2022. At the time, Julie, 51, received a prison sentence of seven years when she was convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion, alongside her 55-year-old husband, Chrisley Knows Best star Todd Chrisley, who received a 12-year sentence.

The married couple, famed for their hit show Chrisley Knows Best, were convicted in 2022 of conspiring to defraud community banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans. They were also found guilty of tax evasion. Julie, 51, received a prison sentence of seven years, while Todd, 55, was dealt a 12-year sentence. But on Friday federal appeals judges threw out Julie's sentence, providing the opportunity to receive a reduced sentence from a lower court. Todd is happy his wife now has the chance of an earlier release - but is worried it may spell the end of their relationship. 'Although Todd is happy for Julie, he is already at the end of his rope in there and has like eight years left,' an insider told DailyMail.com. 'He is glad Julie may be able to be there for the family. More than anything, Todd fears that if Julie is out she will find someone else and fall in love and leave Todd… someone that didn't drag her through hell and back.'
