Exclusive: Nick Cave has now sold his seaside home in Lewes Crescent, Brighton, to a couple of city high-fliers for £2.9 million. The Grade I-listed Regency house has four toilets, a gym, lecture, library, and drawing room, as well as access to communal private gardens. Susie Bick, a 56-year-old designer, and Cave, 65, all moved to the address more than 20 years ago. The couple bought it in 2002 for just £165,000 and have seen a huge gain as a result of the auction.
