(Now tied for seventh with Derek Stingley Jr.) He appeared in ten games in his rookie season, with just one intercepting. After starting all 16 games and totaling 76 tackles, seven interceptions, and two defensive touchdowns, Springs was named to the 1999 Pro Bowl in his second season in the NFL. He started every game of his next two seasons in Seattle, recording five interceptions in the 1999 season and two in the 2000 season.
