Seth Adham Curry (born August 23, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
He played college basketball for one year with the Liberty Flames before transferring to the Duke Blue Devils.
He is the son of NBA player Dell Curry and NBA player Stephen Curry's younger brother.
Early life
Curry is the son of former National Basketball Association (NBA) player Dell Curry and former Virginia Tech women's volleyball player Sonya Curry. He grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, while his father, Dell, played for the Charlotte Hornets. Curry's father, as an infant, would bring him and his older brother, Stephen, to his games, where they would often shoot around with the team in warm-ups. Curry, a 2008 graduate of Charlotte Christian School, was a three-year starter for the Knights' basketball team. Curry's senior year, he had 22.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists, with a shooting percentage of 56% from the field. He received all-conference, all-state, and his first team SAA All-American accolades at the end of the season. Personal life
Callie Rivers, the daughter of his former head coach Doc Rivers and sister of former Duke teammate Austin Rivers, married Curry on September 14, 2019. Their daughter was born in May 2018. College career
Curry enrolled Liberty University after high school. He led all freshmen nationally in average points per game scored at 20.2 a game in his freshman season at Liberty. Curry set a single-season scoring record for a freshman in the Big South Conference. At Liberty, he wore the number 30, the same number his father and older brother wore in their careers.
Curry went from Liberty University to Duke after the 2008–09 season. Curry did not make it to the 2009–10 basketball season due to transfer rules. He also chose his family number 30 at Duke.
Curry, a redshirt sophomore, was named a starter after a toe injury sidelined Kyrie Irving. Curry led the team in a game against Miami (Ohio) with 17 points on 57% shooting. Professional career
Curry was undrafted in the 2013 NBA draft. On August 23, 2013, he signed a non-guaranteed deal with the Golden State Warriors. He was, however, suspended by Golden State on October 25, 2013, after playing in six preseason games.
Curry was signed by the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA Development League as an affiliate player on November 1, 2013. Curry scored 36 points on 12-of-19 shootings on his D-League debut on November 22, as well as 6 assists and 3 rebounds.
Curry signed with the Memphis Grizzlies on December 24, 2006. Curry made his NBA debut on January 5, 2014, but the Grizzlies waived him.

Curry signed with the Dallas Mavericks on July 15, 2016. In the Mavericks' season opener against the Indiana Pacers on October 26, he made his Mavericks debut in his first appearance.
