After being arrested by the NYPD, Charles Dickens Imene Oliha, 46, returned to his home country this week. South Sudan's government released a statement today announcing that he had been recalled. Charles Dickens Oliha, 46, continues to hide from public scrutiny and is yet to respond to reports of rape after being arrested in NYPD detention. He was arrested after a woman who lives in his Fort George apartment pleaded with police that he followed her into her apartment and assaulted her twice. Attorney Alvin Bragg of Manhattan is looking at the allegations. If he does not appear, NYC Mayor Eric Adams must ask the State Department to request that Oliha's citizenship be withdrawn in order for him to be prosecuted.
