Iacono has been a permanent member of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Since 2003, I have been writing for writers. He also appears on the program in comedy sketches. These comedic bits are often shot with a hidden camera, and Jimmy's "Cousin Sal" either makes Jimmy prank their aunt Chippy or he pretended to be a store worker or delivery guy who is terribly inept or annoyant. Cousin Sal's victims are either knowingly dumbfounded or extremely infuriated, much to the delight of the viewing audience.
On Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Iacono's favorite wrestler Rowdy Roddy Piper delivered a birthday cake to Kimmel on May 16, 2008. Santino Marella, who had the cake laid on him, confronted Piper and threatened him with piper, was assaulted by Iacono. Marella (dressed as Piper) brought Iacono to the ring on Monday Night Raw to "apologize" to "Cousin Sal" on Monday night. The authentic Piper descended on the rings, Marella's own apology cake was given to him, and on his way back to the locker room, he challenged Iacono to a wrestling match, which Piper accepted on behalf of Iacono. The match took place at SmackDown on Friday Night! On June 3, 2008, tapings in Los Angeles began. Sal was accompanied by Kimmel and Piper in the ring and took the title.Iacono is a regular guest on The Bill Simmons Podcast. Bill takes the line for the next week's NFL games, defends the Dallas Cowboys, and addresses sports and sports betting with Bill. Salla joined the Adam Carolla Podcast on Mondays to address the previous Sunday's NFL action. Iacono, a Simmons' Ringer Podcast Network, became the host of the 'Against All Odds' gambling podcast in May 2017.
