Dr. Ranj (inset and above with Holly and Phil) has admitted that he is considering his future on the show as a result of host Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's ongoing feud. Since joining the popular daytime TV show in 2016, Ranjit Singh, the show's resident doctor, has been a mainstay on the couch ever since he first appeared on the show's full name. However, with ITV bosses now 'beside themselves' after discovering viewing figures for Monday's show dropped by an almost 20 percent from the week before, they could face another problem if they have to replace Dr Ranj. Dr Ranj, 43, is seen opening up to host Johnny Seifert on his The Secure the Insecure Podcast about the effects that the Holly and Phil saga is having on his mental stability.

PROFESSOR ROBERT TOMBS: The prospect of a stunning Coronation for King Charles next spring is a glimmer of light in these gloomy days, as the flicker of fire within a diamond. A truly unique feature of the national calendar, a ceremonial event that no other nation in the world can beat. This should be a uplifting prospect, one that will unite the country and banish our woes. How sad it is, then, that a tiny minority of voices are already tarnishing the occasion by kicking up a fight over a single stone, referring to the 'Mount', the magnificent but controversial diamond. It is one of the world's most coveted gemstones and is the centerpiece of the dazzling Queen Mother crown (right inset). Contrary to George MacDonald Fraser's hilarious 1990 book Flashman And The Mountain Of Light, in which the protagonist smuggles the diamond and Duleep Singh (left) out of India, Duleep Singh (left) travelled to Britain alone and presented the gem to Queen Victoria personally (right).
