"But also not secure because being in love is so frightening." It's both uncomfortable and painful. All the universal feelings of being in love I suspect are likely to be the same." Although she knew she was interested in women since high school, she hadn't really investigated these feelings. "This is the year that I'm going to go on some dates with girls and feel confident about it," she told herself before meeting her new partner.
