Peter Cincotti (born July 11, 1983) is an American singer-songwriter.
He began playing piano at the age of three.
While in high school, he regularly performed in clubs throughout Manhattan.
In 2003, Cincotti's debut album, produced by Phil Ramone, reached No. 1 on the Billboard jazz chart, making Cincotti the youngest musician to do so.

Life and career
Cincotti was born in New York City. His father is of Italian descent and hails from Cervinara, a small town in the province of Avellino, where he is an honorary citizen. At the age of three, Cincotti began playing a toy piano. While in high school, he worked at clubs around Manhattan and even appeared at the White House. In 2005, he graduated from Columbia University. He was rewarded for a copy of Dizzy Gillespie's A Night in Tunisia at the 2000 Montreux Jazz Festival.
His self-titled debut album is a collection of traditional jazz songs, originals, and reviews of classic albums ranging from the Rainbow Connection to Blood, Sweat, and Tears' Spinning Wheel. On the Moon's second album, the artist's own songs were included as well as new American standards. East of Angel Town, his third studio album, features all original works and was released in Europe and in the United States in January 2009. Cincotti, producer David Foster (who subsequently signed him to a deal with 143 Records), engineer Humberto Gatica (who joined him on 143 Records), and producer Jochem van der Saag were among the first to participate in this venture. He toured around the world, selling his album with the single "Goodbye Philadelphia" and later joined Seal on tour in the United States. He collaborated with French DJ David Guetta in 2008, and the two of them appeared on the final of Star Academy, performing Love Is Gone. Cincotti's fourth studio album, Metropolis, was released in the spring of 2012 by combining pop, jazz, rock, and dance. Cincotti's EP Exit 105 was released in 2016, followed by Long Way From Home on October 13, 2017, Peter's fifth studio album, which he wrote, arranged, and produced.
