Career

Ulvo holds a master's degree in jazz and Improvisation from the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo. Eple Trio, a Norwegian contemporary jazz trio performing their own original music, has been on tour in Japan in 2010, Tokyo, Chiba, Kobe, Kanazawa, and Saitama, Japan. He also has "Ulvo Ensemble" and has performed with bands and musicians including Shining, Mathias Eick Quartet, Solveig Slettahjell & Slow Motion Orchestra, "Fry Aagre Offbeat," to name a few.

He appeared at Vossajazz 2014 as Gisle Torvik's "fjord-jazz" appeared alongside Karl Seglem and Epletrio, as well as Sigurd Hole and Jonas Howden Sjvaag.
