Stephen Gregory Bier Jr. (born March 6, 1964, Fort Lauderdale, Florida), formerly known by his stage name Madonna Wayne Gacy and the infamous Pogo (John Wayne Gacy's clown name) is an American musician who appeared on Marilyn Manson's keyboard from 1989 to 2007.

Career
Bier studied for six years and wanted to work at NASA, but he wanted to be in a band with Brian Warner. After Zsa Zsa Speck left the band in late 1989 as a live prop actor, he joined Marilyn Manson as a live prop actor. Bier is responsible for a significant number of Manson's albums' Qabalistic and numerological meanings. He did not contribute to Manson's album Eat Me, Drink Me, after being replaced by Chris Vrenna.
Bier had filed a lawsuit against Manson for unpaid "partnership fees" on August 2, 2007. Manson is accused of spending the band's money on "sick and troubling purchases of Nazi memorabilia and taxidermy (including the skeleton of a young Chinese girl)" and other luxury items, according to Bier. Manson, according to Bier, "devastated a movement to force Bier out of the band and rob him of his privilege."
Manson filed a countersuit against Bier on December 19, 2007, alleging that he committed breach of contract. According to metalunderground.com, the case was settled for a much less amount than what Bier had expected, with the total amount being $380,000. Marilyn Manson was paid out, but Stephen Bier's former business managers supervised the remainder.
