Timmy Tillman of Los Angeles can play for the United States as FIFA accepts the request to transfer allegiance from Germany

www.dailymail.co.uk, May 24, 2023
Timmy Tillman, a Los Angeles FC midfielder, has had his one-time 'change of affiliation' approved by FIFA, allowing him to represent the USMNT. Tillman is a dual citizen of both Germany and the United States, but he does need FIFA permission to represent the USA at senior level due to the fact that he had previously represented Germany in youth tournaments. He will now only be able to represent the United States for the remainder of his career as he goes forward.

Under interim coach Anthony Hudson, USMNT players are trying to play in the'same style.'

www.dailymail.co.uk, January 23, 2023
And as US Soccer attempts to handle the waters of a coaching controversy, the players involved in a string of friendlies don't appear to be concerned. Brandon Vazquez and Paxten Aaronson, two hopeful first-time callups, spoke at a press conference just days before the US Men's National team's first international games of 2023 were scheduled. Since Anthony Hudson was announced as the interim manager for the USMNT, it will also be the first games in charge as US Soccer continues to select who will be their next coach.
