Oliver James (born Oliver James Hutson; 1 June 1980) is an English musician, singer, songwriter, and actor.
Acting career
James attended the Guildford School of Acting and made his acting debut in School's Out as Dean, a made-for-television short film. He appeared in an episode of The Afternoon Play on BBC television.
James was cast as Ian Wallace in the teen romantic comedy What a Girl Wants in 2002. Dennie Gordon and co-starred Amanda Bynes, directing the film. The film was released in 2003, to mixed critical reception and a modest box office with international revenues of $50,732,139.
