Napoleon Perdis Life

Napoleon Perdis, born 19 March 1970, is an Australian make-up artist and businessman from Sydney. In 1992, Perpetis opened a small makeup studio in Leichhardt, Sydney.

He created a line of cosmetic products that he sold in the Sydney suburb of Paddington in 1995 and later in major department stores.

The brand operated 65 stores throughout Australia and New Zealand by 2011, and it sold its cosmetics from 4,500 outlets.

Perdis opened a number of stores in the United States, and Ulta beauty supply stores and independent stores throughout the region sell makeup; his services are now available in the United States.

Emanuel Perdis' younger brother and his partner Soula-Marie, who co-founded Perdis' cosmetics firm, are among Perdis' business partners.

Personal life

Perdis was born in Sydney and Liana Perdis. His parents were Greek immigrants who arrived in Australia in the 1950s. Perdis went to Arthur Phillip High School and then to Redeemer Baptist School. Soula-Marie, his husband, completed a Bachelor of Arts at Macquarie University, where he met his wife Soula-Marie. They married in 1991 and have four children, three of whom have triplets. While his wife was completing her actuary studies, he served as a barrister's assistant.

Perdis and his family immigrated from Los Angeles to Athens, Greece, in 2015. He had residence in Los Angeles and Sydney as of 2013. Perpetis is a fan of owls and books. To lose weight, he underwent lap band surgery.

Napoleon Perdis Career

Career

Perpetis began his career as a make-up artist doing bridal makeovers. In 1992, he opened his own make-up shop in a tiny shop in Leichhardt, New South Wales. He won a make-up competition at a beauty show in 1993 with a look that was inspired by Cher. He won a trip to Los Angeles, where he met Cher's make-up artist and decided to become the Australian distributor for his 'Taut' make-up products. Perdis provided the make-up to brides through his Ultimo studio and hair salons. He sold the company when he launched his own make-up line. The Look, the Look, followed by Napoleon, then Napoleon, and finally to Napoleon's new Napoleon Perdis name from 1994.

In 1995, Perdis opened his first Napoleon Perdis store in Paddington with the support of a $30,000 loan from his father. Soula-Mari was the company's chief financial officer, and Emanuel is the managing director.

Perpetis made his debut on BRW's Young Rich List in 2004, earning him $20 million.

Napoleon Perdis' empire in 2006 grew to the United States. Beverly Hills, California, was their flagship store. A distribution center was installed in Los Angeles to sell rather than relying on middlemen to reduce costs. Napoleon Perpetis products were available in stores including Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Dillard's, as well as Target stores that carried the NP Set diffusion range. The firm largely dropped out of the country in 2015, but not completely from the market. "The retail scene in the United States is being pushed by equity groups rather than by major chain stores, who once made American department stores such popular stores. We knew it wasn't profitable for us because we were doing business there on that huge scale.

Napoleon Perdis introduced NP Set, a cost-conscious diffusion line that was sold in Target stores in Australia and the United States, in 2008.

Perdis opened a Napoleon Perdis LifeStyle concept store in Woollahra, New South Wales, in 2012. Perdis' favorite furniture, furniture, painting, jewelry, and other items were sold by the store. The following year, Como Centre in South Yarra, Victoria, was opened.

Perdis started stocking his products at competitor department store Myer following the expiration of the company's five-year exclusive deal with David Jones in 2013. Persis signed a 2015 deal with Luxuria Trading, based in Dubai, to sell his products in the Middle East. Perdis' then-17-year-old daughter, Lianna, was hired as the artistic director of Total Bae in 2017. Napoleon Perdis entered into an exclusive supply contract with the Priceline chain in August 2018. Due to the Priceline agreement, the company was unable to draw David Jones from him.

Napoleon Perdis went into voluntary administration in late January 2019. Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants closed 56 stores across Australia at the time, 28 of whom were closed by administrators Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants in February 2019 as part of a right-sizing process. KUBA investments would purchase Napoleon Perdis and restructure the company in April 2019. Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics' relations with Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics were severed in June 2019.
