Massarotti, a Boston Globe sports writer, had his microphone on for his radio talk show Felger & Mazz on 98.5 The Sports Hub when he asked his cohost, Michael Felger, who was working remotely, referring to two black men behind him. According to WCVB, Massarotti, who was co-hosting the program from a hotel in New Orleans, asked Felger, "I want to know right now who the two guys behind you are."
